Step by step guide from initial call to final installation
Getting a new bathroom or kitchen can seem daunting to many people. Here at Complete we aim to make the process as straightforward as we can. Below is a step by step guide on the process we take to ensure are customers are 100% satisfied along the way. If you have any questions please feel free to call us to discuss further.
The first step is for you to call, email or visit our showroom to arrange an on-site survey at your convenience. We understand many people have a busy schedule which is why we offer surveys during the daytime or evening. During the survey we will take accurate measurements and further discuss your ideas so that we can create your dream project.
The next step is for us to begin the design process. We do this by using the latest photo realistic CAD software to create an accurate representation of your dream bathroom or kitchen. We can create alternative layouts and designs to help you choose your favourite. This is one of the most exciting parts of the process.
After our initial meeting in the showroom we can then give you an accurate quote and present you with the final, modified version of the CAD. Once you are satisfied with everything we can then begin arranging the installation process.
We will then discuss and confirm a suitable installation date with you based on your schedule. We are aware circumstances change and if you need to rearrange your installation date we completely understand and will work with you to find another suitable date.
We then give you the opportunity to re-visit the showroom for one final meeting where we will go through your chosen design and products to ensure you are 100% happy with your selections. We understand you may change your mind which is why we provide this service to ensure we create your perfect project.
The final part of the process is the installation … this is where you can sit back and relax knowing that your dream bathroom or kitchen is underway. We understand that it can be stressful not having the use of a bathroom or kitchen so we do every we can to minimise this stress. We will give your home the uttermost respect and make sure we clean up after ourselves every step of the way. We never leave you without running water over night. If we are installing a bathroom and you only have one toilet in your house we will not leave you without a toilet over night. We hope this puts your mind at ease.
